The open burner gas range will always be the most important piece of cooking equipment in your restaurants kitchen, even though modern restaurant technology created more specialized restaurant equipment like convection ovens. The Atosa Rangetops feature open elements (burners) gas flames. The Atosa Rangetop are the fastest to heat and can be turned off after short use. Many restaurant will use a combination of a gas range with a flat griddle burner or char broiler to open up the amount of cook space.
Atosa also offers Flatop Range tops burners griddles and char broilers. The griddles are covered with a 3/4 inch steel plate and the char broiler are covered by a grooved grills. The griddles and char broilers allow for more cooking space compared to the one pot per burn for open burner range top.
OvenBelow Rangetop you will find the oven the enclosed space inside the oven heats foods with hot air. The hot air roasts and bakes and can do many of the tasks that a cook could do on top of a rangetop. Using the oven to simmer, braise, or poach the foods in the oven frees up the space on the rangetop for chef's attention.
