The 10” Smart Touch Flat Screen features large cooking process icons with clear, colorful, and vibrant graphics. The ATOSA Combi Smart Cooking system ensures that the cabinet maintains the appropriate cooking temperature, humidity, and load size. Users can easily access programmable multi-stage cooking, manual cooking with a core probe, and menu options through the Combi Smart Touch Processes. The oven also offers 8 fan speeds with balance reverse for perfect humidity control. The sub-divided heating system allows for maximum recovery during cooking. The Smart Touch Rack Timing feature is designed for mixed load batch cooking, banquets, buffet, and a la carte restaurant service. With USB storage, users can share Combi recipes, programs, and HACCP data across multiple operation units and locations. The Wi-Fi connection enables remote monitoring of the Combi operating status in real time, with fault alarms sent to a tablet or smartphone. The Wi-Fi Self Diagnostics Protection ensures the safety of the oven, while the Wi-Fi Service Diagnostics allows for remote troubleshooting and diagnostics by service technicians. The 6 Mode Automated Combi Wash provides cleaning based on soil and usage, with automatic shut down and unlocking when finished. The Combi wash is approved for use with ATOSA professional liquid Combi cleaners and rinse agents that comply with local laws and regulations. The oven also features twin chemical fill tanks that remind the user to add cleaner or rinse when low, eliminating the need to check during cleaning. The sleek design includes triple-pane tempered glass, a condensed footprint, and is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The footless Combi design provides ergonomic footing for stability and placement. The High-Pressure Coil Wash Hose is ideal for manual quick flush, quench, rinsing, and cabinet quick cleaning.
