When it comes to baking pizzas, the right tools and techniques can make all the difference. In this case, using the appropriate pizza pans and following proper steps will ensure a perfectly cooked pizza every time.

To start, it's important to choose the right pizza pan or screen for your pizza.  Pizza pans aluminum, plain aluminum, and blue steel. They come in different sizes ranging from 16"x 12" to 28"x 18", with round options available too, ranging from 8 to 20 inches in diameter. For optimal results, select a baking sheet that fits comfortably in your oven with a 2-inch margin on all sides.

Once you have your baking sheet ready, follow these steps to bake your pizza:

  1. Place the screen with the pizza on the conveyor belt of your oven. Ensure that the entire pizza is outside of the oven at this point.
  2. Allow the oven's mechanics to move the pizza into the cooking area and back out again. It's crucial that your oven is properly calibrated for accurate cooking.
  3. Once the pizza is cooked and out of the oven, use a pizza peel or padle to gently slide it between the pizza and the screen.
  4. Wait until the pizza is completely out of the oven before moving it to a cutting area.

By following these steps carefully, you can achieve consistent results with your pizzas. Remember that practice makes perfect, so don't be discouraged if it takes a few tries to master this process.
