The mixer is one of the workhorses of the kitchen. Its primary purpose is to blend products such as batter, dough, emulsify salad dressings, or whipping cream, though; they can also make meringue, whip potatoes, slice vegetables, shred cabbage, grate cheese, grind meat and make sausage. With just a few attachments, a mixer can be an incredibly versatile kitchen too.

While planetary mixers have a seemingly endless supply of accessories, All Atosa mixers come with a flat beater, wire whip, and a dough hook. These three attachments can handle a majority of the mixing tasks a kitchen places on them.
