The profit on Keg Beer unlike bottled beer, is huge. Don't get me wrong bottled beer still makes a profit, but not like Keg Beer. Did you know that at one time many restaurant bosses thought that the sight of bar handles at the bar to be not chic. Well many of those restaurants went out of business or were bought by bar owners who knew how to make a profit.

Keg Cooler and Craft Beer

Keg Coolers used to be pretty much a set it and forget it type operation. But, with the huge popularity in Craft beers created a need for staying on top of the cleaning beer taps.

Why? Well keg beer compared to the bright crisp bottled lagers of the 60's, 70's and 80's are not pasteurized. Which is why your entire draft beer system must be cleaned properly and regularly to keep the yeast and unfiltered sediment from adhering to the Keg Cooler tubing.

Many seasoned veteran bar owners inherit old Keg Coolers from bar bosses who thought owning a bar would be easy work. Don't believe me then why is there a TV show called Bar Rescue. The manager and owners never kept up on maintaining the beer lines clean and or the foul odor and taste of beer slime and either went bankrupt or out of business.

The Restaurant Warehouse offers the following Draft Beer Coolers available:

  • 23 inch Draft Beer Cooler
  • 58 inch Draft Beer Cooler
