The 20 Quart Planetary Mixer comes standard with the following agitators.

• Flat beater - Multipurpose agitator used for uniform dispersion of ingredients and products requiring a creaming or a rubbing action. Also used for mixing ingredients such as a cake batter, icing and mashed potatoes.
• Wire whip - An agitator that is used to blend air into light products. Used primarily for whipping cream, beating eggs, ligh icings, and meringues.
• Dough Hook - The agitator used for mixing yeast-raised dough that require folding and stretching. Including bread, rolls, and pizza dough.
