The CookRite Low Stock Pot Stove is a propane gas floor model featuring one powerful three-ring cast iron burner. Delivering 80,000 BTU of cooking power, it is ideal for boiling, simmering, and preparing large batches of soups, sauces, and stocks.
This stove includes a full-width removable stainless steel drip pan for easy cleaning. Two manual controls allow operators to independently manage the inner and outer burner rings for precise heat control and improved fuel efficiency.
The sides and front valve cover are constructed of stainless steel for durability, while stainless steel legs provide stable positioning and easy access for cleaning beneath the unit. The ATSP-18-1L is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with commercial safety and sanitation standards.
