The CookRite ATSP-18-2 Low Stock Pot Stove is a heavy-duty propane gas unit designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. It features two powerful three-ring cast iron burners that deliver a combined 160,000 BTU of cooking power, making it ideal for soups, stocks, sauces, and large-batch boiling.
This stove includes a full-width removable stainless steel drip pan for easy cleaning and maintenance. The two manual controls allow operators to independently control the inner and outer burner rings, giving precise flame control and improved energy efficiency.
The front valve cover and sides are constructed from durable stainless steel for long-lasting performance in demanding kitchen environments. Stainless steel legs provide sturdy support while allowing for easy floor cleaning underneath the unit.
