The CSTEB-5C accommodates standard 12" x 20" hotel pans and allows operators to hold multiple menu items simultaneously. Each well includes its own thermostat control, allowing different foods to be maintained at appropriate temperatures.
Flexible Wet or Dry Operation
This electric steam table is designed for dry heating but can also be used with water when paired with compatible spillage pans. Moist foods such as vegetables, sauces, pasta, and casseroles perform well in steam table applications, while the adjustable heat settings allow operators to maintain proper holding conditions.

Product Description
The Atosa CSTEB-5C CookRite steam table measures 72-1/2"W x 29-1/2"D x 33-1/2"H and includes five open pan wells with individual temperature controls. Each well uses a 750-watt heating element to maintain proper holding temperatures.
The unit features insulated compartments, a poly cutting board shelf for serving or plating, and a stainless steel undershelf for additional storage. The table operates on 240V, 60 Hz, single-phase power and includes a NEMA L6-20P plug. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified for commercial foodservice environments.
