The charbroiler features stainless steel radiant plates and cast iron grates. It has independent manual controls and adjustable multi-level top grates. The structure is made of stainless steel, and it has adjustable stainless steel legs. It provides 70,000 BTU and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.

Radiant Charbroiler vs Lava Rock Charbroiler
Radiant Charbroilers radiate an even heat supply upwards to the broilers grids. The radiants broiler's jets are covered by a V shaped angled iron which covers the broilers manifolds. The gas flames comes in contact the angled iron and create radiant heat. Lava Rock Charbroilers use pumas stones. The lava rock broiler's flames jets are covered with a grid on which the a layer of lava stones are spread evenly. The stones absorb the heat from the flames and radiate the heat to the grids.
