Product Description
The CookRite CTCO-50 convection oven is an electric countertop unit measuring 23"W x 22.5"D x 16.5"H. The interior and exterior are constructed from stainless steel and the door features double-pane thermal tempered glass.
The unit includes four removable wire chrome racks measuring 18"W x 12.8"D. Interior lighting allows easy monitoring during operation. The oven uses manual controls and stands on 1.1" legs. Electrical requirements are 1550 watts, 120 volts, 60 Hz, single phase, drawing 13 amps with a NEMA 5-20P plug. The oven is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
