Product Description
The CookRite CTCO-100 convection oven is an electric countertop unit measuring 23"W x 22.5"D x 16.5"H. The oven features a stainless steel interior and exterior and a double-pane thermal tempered glass door.
The unit includes four removable wire chrome racks measuring 18"W x 12.8"D. Interior lighting allows operators to monitor food during cooking. The oven uses manual controls and stands on 1.1" legs. Electrical requirements are 1550 watts, 120 volts, 60 Hz, single phase, drawing 13 amps with a NEMA 5-20P plug. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
