Chef Base Product description
Atosa Chef Base is a one-section unit. It measures 35-5/8"W x 33"D x 26-3/5"H. It has side-mounted self-contained refrigeration and offers 4.7 cu. ft. of space. The unit features two self-closing drawers with recessed handles. You can control the temperature digitally, with a range of 34° to 40°F. It includes two 12 x 20 pans and six 1/6 stainless steel pans. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. It has 5" casters for easy movement. The refrigerant used is R290 Hydrocarbon. The unit has a 1/7 HP compressor and uses 2.3 amps. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph and comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
