The steam table is a table with openings to hold containers of cooked food over steam or hot water, to keep the food warm. Also called a hot-food table, they are the perfect solution keeping food moist in busy cafeterias or serving lines at wedding, catered parties, or corporate events at hotels.

Atosa Catering Equipment Hot Food Steam Table is electric. It measures 58-3/8"W x 29-1/2"D x 34"H. The table has four 12" x 20" hot food wells. Each well has exposed elements and individual controls. There are also indicator lights and a main power switch. The table includes a 7" wide x 1/2" thick poly carving board. This board has a stainless steel support base and brackets. The open base is made of stainless steel and has an under-shelf. It also has legs and feet. The product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
