Create deep fried foods that have crisp, browned exterior with a flavorful interior. The Atosa Deep Fryer completely surrounds your french fries, beer batter shrimp, tempura batter or a simple chicken in flour with oil. The deep fryer is more efficient and less labor intensive that pain frying. Remember that adding food to your deep fryer lowers its temperature. The amount of time it takes for the fat to get back to normal temperature for frying is called recover time. You might want to upgrade to a 50 LB Deep Fryer or a 75 LB Deep Fryer if you want faster recovery time. Got a food truck or don't have access to Natural Gas? All Atosa Natural Gas Deep Fryers come with Propane conversion kits, we also have Propane Deep Fryers.
