Restaurant Equipment and Supply for Fort Collins, Greeley and Northern Colorado
Fort Collins is a beer town with a farm-town past. Odell Brewing opened here in 1989, New Belgium followed in 1991, and the city now has more than 20 breweries. In Old Town, the Silver Grill Cafe has served breakfast since 1933, and the Larimer County Farmers' Market has filled Saturday mornings since 1976.
Down the road, Loveland has re-mailed valentines as the Sweetheart City since 1947, Greeley sits in Weld County, the top farm county in Colorado, and Longmont pours Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro and Oskar Blues beer on its home turf.

Since 2015, The Restaurant Warehouse has shipped to thousands of commercial kitchens in every state. Northern Colorado orders ship from our Denver warehouse, so Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley and Longmont restaurants get the same low prices and freight delivery right to Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and Longmont. The most common orders here are reach-in refrigerators, freezers, fryers, charbroilers, draft beer coolers, and food truck equipment.
Fort Collins and Longmont Craft Beer: New Belgium, Odell, Left Hand and Oskar Blues
Doug, Wynne and Corkie Odell founded Odell Brewing in 1989, and the brewery started in a converted 1915 grain elevator near downtown Fort Collins. Kim Jordan and Jeff Lebesch started New Belgium in 1991 with a Fat Tire recipe inspired by a bike trip through Belgium. In Longmont, Eric Wallace and Dick Doore founded Left Hand Brewing in 1993, best known for its Milk Stout Nitro. Oskar Blues began as a Lyons brewpub in 1997 and now runs its brewery and Tasty Weasel Taproom in Longmont, while its Homemade Liquids & Solids restaurant serves Southern comfort food like jalapeno hush puppies, smoked wings and shrimp and grits. Visit Longmont's brewery guide features 12 breweries, including Wibby and 300 Suns.
Taprooms and brewpubs run on draft beer coolers, back-bar coolers and glass merchandisers. Brewpub kitchens add fryers for hush puppies and wings, undercounter refrigeration for a tight line, and ice machines behind the bar.
Weld County Beef, Dairy and Greeley's Union Colony Roots
Greeley began in 1869 as the Union Colony, founded by Nathan Meeker of the New York Tribune and named for his editor, Horace Greeley. Farming still runs the county. In the 2022 Census of Agriculture, Weld County sold about $2.38 billion in farm products from 3,881 farms, the most in Colorado, including about $982 million in cattle and calves and $822 million in milk, which ranked sixth in the nation. JBS USA, the beef company that grew out of Monfort of Colorado, is based in Greeley, and Leprino Foods finished a $270 million cheese plant there in 2017. Every summer, from late June through the Fourth of July, the Greeley Stampede fills Island Grove Regional Park; the city calls it one of the largest Fourth of July rodeos in the nation, with more than 250,000 visitors a year.
Steakhouses and Mexican kitchens cooking local beef need charbroilers, griddles and chef bases to hold steaks and fajita meat at the line. Bulk beef and cheese call for two-door reach-in refrigerators and freezers.
Silver Grill Cinnamon Rolls, the Sweetheart City and Northern Colorado Farmers Markets
The Silver Grill Cafe in Old Town Fort Collins has been in business since 1933, with roots in the 1912 UNEEDA Lunch Cafe. Visit Fort Collins calls it the oldest continuously operated restaurant in Northern Colorado, and its cinnamon rolls, made since the mid-1980s, reportedly sell more than 12,000 a month. In Loveland, sugar beets and sour cherries were the main crops in the first half of the 1900s, and Great Western Sugar ran a factory there from 1901 to 1977. The Loveland Chamber of Commerce still runs the Old Fashioned Corn Roast Festival every August, which reached its 130th year in 2026, and the chamber's valentine program re-mails about 120,000 cards a year. Markets run across the region: the Larimer County Farmers' Market on Saturdays from mid-May through October in Old Town, the Greeley Farmers' Market on Saturdays from May to late October, the Longmont Farmers Market on Saturdays from April to mid-November, and Loveland's Sunday market from June to September.
Breakfast and bakery kitchens need convection ovens and ranges, griddles and work tables for rolling dough. Market vendors and caterers keep product cold in countertop display cases, sandwich prep tables and reach-in refrigerators.
