The Atosa CookRite AEFF-50-2B is a two-vat electric fryer battery with an automatic basket lift system and built-in oil filtration. It gives you two full 50 lb vats, 100 lb of total capacity, each heated by its own 17 kW system, in a 31" wide footprint. Fully programmable electronic controls raise the baskets automatically when the timer ends, so product comes out on time even when the line gets busy.

Auto Basket Lift
When a cook cycle ends, the auto lift system raises the baskets out of the oil automatically. That prevents overcooked or oil-soaked food when cooks are pulled away, keeps results consistent from shift to shift, and frees your crew to work other stations during the rush.
Built-In Filtration
The built-in filtration system with pump lets your crew filter oil right at the fryer. Oil drains into the filter pan underneath, passes through filter paper, and pumps back into the vat, with no buckets, no lifting hot oil, and no separate portable filter to store. Filtering regularly removes crumbs and carbon that break oil down, which helps oil last longer.
The AEFF-50-2B uses Atosa FP-1728-5 filter paper (100 sheets per box).
