A 36" Commercial Gas Grill with Radiants
This commercial gas grill is a 36" radiant charbroiler with three 35,000 BTU burners. It runs on natural gas with 105,000 BTU in total and has a manual control for each 12" section.
Is the ATRC-36-NG the Right Charbroiler for Your Line?
The ATRC-36-NG is 36" wide with three 12" zones, each on its own 35,000 BTU stainless steel burner and manual control, for 105,000 BTU on natural gas. Radiants sit over the burners and spread the heat under 35-7/10" x 20-1/5" of reversible cast iron grate, about 721 sq in. It weighs 158.7 lb, or 205 lb shipped.
Radiant or lava rock? The lava rock ATCB-36 has the same size, burners and BTU but cooks over a bed of lava briquettes, which some cooks prefer for flavor. It weighs 32.2 lb more, and the rock has to be spread and replaced over time. With radiants, there is no rock to manage.
Set up for natural gas with a 4" W.C. regulator. The ATRC-36-LP is the same charbroiler for propane. Need another zone? The ATRC-48-NG is 48" wide. Short on space? The ATRC-24-NG is 24" wide. Building a line? The ATTG-36-NG thermostatic and ATMG-36-NG manual griddles are the same 36" width and 15-1/5" height, 1" deeper at 28-3/5".
