The charbroiler features stainless steel radiant plates and cast iron grates. It has independent manual controls and adjustable multi-level top grates. The structure is made of stainless steel, and it has adjustable stainless steel legs. It provides 140,000 BTU of power. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. The unit ships with an LP conversion kit
