Provo, Utah Restaurant Equipment

Restaurant Equipment and Supply for Provo, Orem, Lehi and Utah Valley

Utah County is where a surprising number of restaurant brands got their start. Brick Oven has made pizza in Provo since 1956, Kneaders Bakery & Cafe opened in Orem in 1997, and Cafe Zupas opened its first store in Provo in 2004. Crumbl, the cookie chain, now runs its headquarters in neighboring Lindon.

The rest of the valley cooks for big crowds. Lehi Roller Mills made its first sack of flour in 1906, Thanksgiving Point fills its gardens with tulips every April, and Spanish Fork hosts Fiesta Days every July and the Utah County Fair every summer. Add a busy food truck scene and a Saturday farmers market in downtown Provo, and there are a lot of kitchens to keep running.

Since 2015, The Restaurant Warehouse has shipped to thousands of commercial kitchens in every state. Utah County orders ship from our Denver warehouse, so Utah Valley restaurants get the same low prices and freight delivery right to Provo, Orem, Lehi, and Spanish Fork. The most common orders here are reach-in refrigerators, freezers, sandwich prep tables, pizza prep tables, griddles, and food truck equipment.

Utah County Restaurant Brands: Brick Oven, Kneaders, Zupas and Crumbl

Kent Heaps opened Brick Oven in Provo in 1956 as "Heaps of Pizza," one of the first pizza parlors in Utah, according to KSL. Gary and Colleen Worthington founded Kneaders in Orem in 1997. Cafe Zupas started in Provo in 2004 and had about 80 locations in eight states by March 2025, and every meal still comes with a chocolate-covered strawberry. Crumbl was founded in Logan in 2017, moved its headquarters to Lindon and had 1,071 stores by December 2024. Up on campus, BYU has made dairy products since its Dairy Products Laboratory opened in 1949. BYU says its Creamery on Ninth, opened in 2000, was the first full-service grocery store on a U.S. college campus, and its creameries serve more than 191,000 gallons of ice cream a year.

Pizza shops need pizza prep tables and ovens, bakeries and cookie shops need work tables, countertop display cases and glass merchandisers, and ice cream counters need freezers with room for backstock.

Downtown Provo, Food Trucks and the Pioneer Park Market

Communal has served shared plates from local, seasonal ingredients at University Avenue and 100 North since about 2009, with the kitchen right in the dining room. The Provo Farmers Market sets up at Pioneer Park on Saturdays from June to October. Utah County also has a busy food truck scene, and the statewide Food Truck League, which started in 2015 in Salt Lake County, says it runs about 10,000 events a year across Utah.

Open kitchens and small downtown lines rely on undercounter refrigerators, chef bases and sandwich prep tables. Trucks run on food truck equipment: compact griddles, fryers and undercounter refrigeration, with reach-ins back at the commissary.

Lehi Roller Mills, Rodeos and the Utah County Fair

Lehi Roller Mills produced its first sack of flour on April 2, 1906, after shareholders pooled $20,000 to start the mill, and it showed up on screen in the 1984 film Footloose. Lehi holds its Round-Up Rodeo each June, on grounds that have hosted rodeo since the early 1920s; it became a PRCA rodeo in 1937. Down the valley, Spanish Fork's Fiesta Days builds to Pioneer Day every July with a rodeo, Food in the Park, a carnival and fireworks at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds. The Utah County Fair, held there in late July and early August since 2008, logged 39,300 visits in 2026, according to the Daily Herald.

Fair and rodeo vendors need food truck equipment, fryers, charbroilers and ice machines that keep up in July heat, and the cafes and bakeries that use local flour need ovens and work tables.

Free freight delivery with lift gate to a Provo restaurant

Restaurant Supply Store in Provo

We ship straight to your Provo restaurant. Most Utah County orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days from our Denver warehouse, with free freight and free lift gate service. Will-call pickup in Denver is available for verified restaurant businesses, but most kitchens skip the drive and let us ship it. The Utah County Health Department inspects restaurants and mobile food businesses across Provo, Orem, Lehi and Spanish Fork, and in July 2026 its Board of Health adopted a new retail food compliance and enforcement regulation, so plan your equipment around a clean inspection. Most Utah Valley calls are for a fast replacement, like a reach-in refrigerator that quit before a Friday rush or a fryer at the end of its life, or for a full package for a new pizza shop, bakery or food truck. Tell us what you are cooking and how much space you have, and we will help you size the line.

Why Provo Restaurants Buy From The Restaurant Warehouse

Every piece of new Atosa equipment we sell is run-tested for 24 hours at the factory before it ships. It carries Intertek's ETL Sanitation and cETLus listings, which certify it to the NSF/ANSI food equipment standards and US and Canadian safety standards that inspectors from the Utah County Health Department look for. Refrigeration comes with a 3-year parts and labor warranty and a 5-year compressor warranty, gas cooking equipment comes with a 1-year parts and labor warranty, and extended warranties are available.

Serving Provo, Orem, Lehi and Spanish Fork

Provo is our hub for Utah County, from Lehi at the north end of the valley to Spanish Fork and Santaquin in the south. Restaurants across the area get the same equipment, free lift gate freight, and warranty, and they talk to the same team.

Provo

Provo is the county seat and home to BYU, Brick Oven, Communal and the first Cafe Zupas. Operators searching for a restaurant supply store in Provo usually need a fast replacement, so we ship reach-in refrigerators, freezers, sandwich prep tables, and pizza prep tables.

Orem and Lindon

Kneaders got its start in Orem in 1997, and Crumbl is headquartered next door in Lindon. Bakeries, cafes and dessert shops in Orem and Lindon order countertop display cases, glass merchandisers, work tables, and ovens.

Lehi

Thanksgiving Point's Tulip Festival fills the 50-acre Ashton Gardens every April into mid-May, and Lehi Round-Up Week brings the rodeo each June. Restaurants and event kitchens in Lehi order griddles, charbroilers, ice machines, and undercounter refrigerators.

Spanish Fork and Santaquin

Spanish Fork had 42,602 residents in the 2020 census, and a 1938 monument there marks the first permanent Icelandic settlement in the U.S. Each spring, the Festival of Colors draws thousands to the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple near Spanish Fork. Farther south, the Utah Legislature named Santaquin the Utah Farming Heritage District in 2007. Kitchens and vendors there order food truck equipment, fryers, freezers, and reach-in refrigerators.
