Restaurant Equipment and Supply for Cheyenne, Casper and Wyoming
Cheyenne has thrown Cheyenne Frontier Days every July since 1897, and its free pancake breakfasts have fed more than 1.4 million guests. Downtown, The Albany opened in 1942 in a 1905 building near the Cheyenne depot, with American fare from the Kallas family's recipes.
In Casper, Gruner Brothers Brewing opened in 2018, and the Tuesday-night summer market fills David Street Station. In between is ranch country: Laramie County alone counted 77,000 head of cattle in 2023.

Since 2015, The Restaurant Warehouse has shipped to thousands of commercial kitchens in every state. Wyoming orders ship from our Denver warehouse, so Cheyenne and Casper restaurants get the same low prices and freight delivery right to Cheyenne, Pine Bluffs, Casper, Bar Nunn, and Mills. The most common orders here are reach-in refrigerators, freezers, griddles, charbroilers, draft beer coolers, and food truck equipment.
Cheyenne Frontier Days Pancake Breakfasts and Chuck Wagons
Cheyenne Frontier Days runs each summer during the last full week in July, and its food traditions include free pancake breakfasts and a chuck wagon cook-off. The pancake breakfasts started in 1966 and now run three mornings each year, on the Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the event, at Cheyenne Depot Plaza downtown. Kiwanis members and about 200 volunteers do the cooking, and Frontier Days supplies the pancakes, butter, syrup, coffee and milk. In 2022 the breakfasts fed 18,789 people over the week, and before the 2024 event they had served more than 4.5 million pancakes.
Pancakes by the thousand take long flat-top griddles, work tables for batter, and reach-in refrigerators for eggs and milk. Caterers, vendors and trucks working rodeo week add food truck equipment and undercounter refrigeration sized for a tight build.
Cheyenne and Casper Breweries and Grain-to-Glass Distilleries
Cheyenne's craft scene grew fast: Freedom's Edge Brewing opened in 2012, and Accomplice Beer Company brewed in the historic depot from 2016 until early 2026. Chronicles Distilling downtown was founded by brothers Aaron and Chase Lesher, both Marine Corps infantry veterans, to distill corn-based spirits in-house. Out in eastern Laramie County, Pine Bluffs Distilling started in 2017 with corn, barley, oats, rye and white wheat from local farm families. Casper's tourism office says the city became Wyoming's "hub of craft culture" in about five years, and it names Gruner Brothers Brewing and Backwards Distilling as pioneers.
Taprooms and tasting rooms run on draft beer coolers, back-bar coolers and glass merchandisers. Taproom kitchens add pizza and convection ovens, pizza prep tables and fryers for wings and fries.
Laramie County Beef, Casper Burgers and Wyoming Farmers Markets
On January 1, 2023, Wyoming had 1,240,000 cattle and calves and 671,000 beef cows, according to USDA NASS, and Laramie County ranked 4th among Wyoming counties with 77,000 head. That beef ends up on local grills. In Casper, the tourism office says C85 Branding Iron's Kona Burger was named Wyoming's best burger by the Travel Channel in 2019. Cheyenne's markets run nearly year-round: the Tuesday Farmers Market in the Frontier Mall lot from June to September, the CALC Farmers Market at the Frontier Days grounds, typically August to October, and the Winter Farmers Market inside the historic Cheyenne Depot on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from November to early May. In Casper, the Wyoming Food for Thought Project took over the downtown farmers market in December 2012 and runs it on Tuesday nights in summer at David Street Station.
Steak and burger kitchens need charbroilers, griddles and chef bases to hold patties and steaks at the line. Bulk beef and market produce call for two-door reach-in refrigerators and freezers, and market vendors keep product cold in countertop display cases.
