The MROS-4ST is the 4 well overshelf sneeze guard. At 58-2/5" wide, it matches the 58-1/4" EHS-OW-4, the largest EHS-OW table on 120V.

For the 5 well EHS-OW-5, use the 72-1/2" MROS-5ST. For 3 wells, the MROS-3ST is 44-3/10" wide.
