This 2 well steam table sneeze guard is 30-1/5" wide, sized for the Atosa EHS-OW-2 (30" wide). It adds a stainless steel shelf over the steam table that holds up to 50 lb.
The MROS-2ST is the overshelf sneeze guard for the EHS-OW-2, Atosa's 30" wide, 2 well steam table. At 30-1/5" wide, it covers the full length of both wells with about 1/5" to spare.
It is the smallest guard in the MROS line and has the lowest shelf rating, 50 lb. That is enough for plates, to-go containers or a pan of garnish above a short hot line.
Moving up to 3 wells? The MROS-3ST is 44-3/10" wide and fits the EHS-OW-3.
