A 2 Well Steam Table for Small Lines
This 2 well steam table is 30" wide and holds two full-size pans, 6" deep. Each well has its own control and light. Atosa lists 120V with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
At 30" wide, the EHS-OW-2 is the shortest table in the EHS-OW line. It weighs 78 lb, the lightest of the four, so it is the easiest one to move around the kitchen or take on and off casters.
It runs on a standard NEMA 5-15P plug at 950 W, so a regular 120V, 15 A receptacle works. That makes it a good fit for a small hot line, a food truck commissary or a second station next to the main line.
Need one more pan? The EHS-OW-3 adds a third well and is still on a 5-15P plug. For the sneeze guard, the MROS-2ST is sized for this table.
