Pan Layouts
The drawers are sized for standard hotel pans. In Atosa's standard layout, the top drawer holds twelve 1/6-size pans and the bottom drawer holds eight 1/6-size pans. You can also set the drawers up with bigger pans:
- Option 1: one full-size pan, one 1/3-size pan and four 1/6-size pans in the top drawer, one full-size pan and one 1/3-size pan in the bottom drawer
- Option 2: four 1/3-size pans plus four 1/6-size pans in the top drawer, four 1/3-size pans in the bottom drawer
