The Atosa AUF48D4 is a 48 inch commercial drawer freezer that fits under the counter. It holds 12.2 cu. ft. at -8°F to 1°F in four pull-out drawers.

Pan Layouts

The drawers are sized for standard hotel pans. In Atosa's standard layout, each top drawer holds six 1/6-size pans and each bottom drawer holds four 1/6-size pans. You can also set the drawers up with bigger pans:

• Option 1: one 1/3, one 1/2, one 1/6 and one 1/4-size pan in each top drawer, one 1/3-size pan and one 1/2-size pan in each bottom drawer
• Option 2: three 1/6-size pans plus three 1/4-size pans in each top drawer, two 1/6-size pans plus two 1/4-size pans in each bottom drawer

Cooling and Controls

A 1/3 HP compressor runs on R290, a natural refrigerant. The electronic temperature controller holds -8°F to 1°F, and Atosa recommends setting it between -8°F and 0°F. It is a self-contained, plug-in unit, so there is nothing to plumb.

Built for a Commercial Kitchen

The inside and outside are stainless steel, and the top is reinforced stainless steel. It has recessed handles and magnetic drawer gaskets.
