The Atosa AUF36D2 is a 36 inch commercial drawer freezer that fits under the counter. It holds 9 cu. ft. at -8°F to 1°F in two pull-out drawers.

Pan Layouts

The drawers are sized for standard hotel pans. In Atosa's standard layout, the top drawer holds twelve 1/6-size pans and the bottom drawer holds eight 1/6-size pans. You can also set the drawers up with bigger pans:

• Option 1: one full-size pan, one 1/3-size pan and four 1/6-size pans in the top drawer, one full-size pan and one 1/3-size pan in the bottom drawer
• Option 2: four 1/3-size pans plus four 1/6-size pans in the top drawer, four 1/3-size pans in the bottom drawer

Mix pan sizes to keep proteins, breaded items, toppings and allergen-free product apart.

Why Under Counter Freezer Drawers

Cooling and Controls

A 1/3 HP compressor runs on R290, a natural refrigerant. The electronic temperature controller holds -8°F to 1°F, and Atosa recommends setting it between -8°F and 0°F. It is a self-contained, plug-in unit, so there is nothing to plumb.

Built for a Commercial Kitchen

The inside and outside are stainless steel, and the top is reinforced stainless steel. It has recessed handles and magnetic drawer gaskets.
