This commercial stock pot burner has one cast iron three-ring burner rated at 80,000 BTU. Two manual controls run the inner and outer rings on their own, and it runs on natural gas.
Is the ATSP-18-1-NG the Right Stock Pot Stove?
The ATSP-18-1-NG puts one cast iron three-ring burner on an 18" x 20-9/10" frame. Atosa's spec sheet rates each ring at 40,000 BTU, and each ring has its own control, so you can run the inner ring alone for a simmer or both rings at 80,000 BTU to bring a full pot to a boil.
At 22-4/5" tall it is the standard height model. If you work with tall pots, the low ATSP-18-1L-NG is 4-9/10" shorter at 17-9/10". This one weighs 105.8 lb (119 lb shipped).
Need two pots going? The ATSP-18-2-NG adds a second burner behind the first in the same 18" width. For everyday pans, the ACHP-2-NG is a two-burner countertop hot plate.
