A 12" 2 Burner Hot Plate

This 2 burner hot plate is 12" wide with two 32,000 BTU burners and 64,000 BTU in total. Each burner has its own manual control and a standing pilot, and the top grates are heavy-duty cast iron. It runs on natural gas.

Is the ACHP-2-NG the Right Hot Plate for Your Kitchen?

The ACHP-2-NG puts two 32,000 BTU open burners, 64,000 BTU in total, on 12" of counter. Every burner has its own valve and standing pilot, so you can run one pan at a simmer and the next at full flame.

Plan for 24" of counter width: Atosa's manual calls for at least 6" of clearance on both sides and the back. It weighs 54 lb, or 74 lb shipped. At 27-3/5" deep, it matches the depth of Atosa's ATRC charbroilers, so it can sit in the same counter run.

Need more burners? The ACHP-4-NG doubles it to four in 24". Want two more burners? The ACHP-4-NG is 24" wide.

  • Atosa's manual says an authorized, licensed technician must install it, and that it is not for outdoor use.
  • Atosa's manual says switching gas type means changing the burner nozzles and the regulator, and that only an authorized, licensed technician should do it.
