This commercial stock pot range is the low double model: two cast iron three-ring burners and 160,000 BTU in total, at 17-9/10" tall. It runs on natural gas.
Is the ATSP-18-2L-NG the Right Double Stock Pot Stove?
The ATSP-18-2L-NG has two three-ring burners, one in front of the other, so two stock pots fit in 18" of width. The frame is 41-7/10" deep. Four controls run each 40,000 BTU ring on its own, so one pot can boil while the other simmers, for 160,000 BTU in all.
At 17-9/10" tall it is the low model, 4-9/10" shorter than the standard ATSP-18-2-NG. A lower top means less lifting when you pull a full pot off the grate. It weighs 198.4 lb, or 220.5 lb shipped.
