CookRite Fryer is a propane gas, floor model. It measures 15-3/5"W x 30-1/10"D x 44-2/5"H. It has a 35 lb. capacity and three burners. The fryer uses milivolt control and has a temperature range of 200°F to 400°F. It comes with two nickel-plated baskets that have coated handles. There is also a basket hanger and an oil cooling zone at the bottom of the tank. The structure is made of stainless steel and has four casters.
