The Thunder Group SEJ20000 is a 30 cup all-stainless electric rice warmer for a back-of-house rice station or hot line. The lid, base and body are mirror finished stainless steel, so it matches a steel kitchen line. It holds cooked rice up to 162°F for as long as 12 hours. It does not cook rice.

Both are all-stainless warmers on the same 15-1/2" footprint. Choose the SEJ20000 for 30 cups and an 11-1/2" height. Choose the SEJ22000 when you need 50 cups and have room for 15-1/4" of height.
What is the difference between the SEJ20000 and the SEJ18000?
Only the body finish. The SEJ20000 is all mirror stainless. The SEJ18000 has a wood grain body. Both hold 30 cups.
Can I plug the SEJ20000 in next to my rice cooker?
It draws only 100 watts. Still, check the circuit, because an electric cooker can draw up to 1,780 watts on its own.
