The Thunder Group SEJ18000 is a 30 cup electric rice warmer for a buffet line, sushi bar or counter where guests can see it. The wood grain body is trimmed with a mirror finished stainless lid and base. It holds cooked rice up to 162°F for as long as 12 hours. It does not cook rice, so pair it with a cooker.

- Holds 30 cups. If you refill during the rush, the 50 cup SEJ21000 has the same finish.
- Fits under a shelf or guard with at least 11-1/2" of clearance on a 15-1/2" round footprint.
- Warmer only. Order a cooker such as the SEJ3201 if you don't have one.

Should I buy the SEJ18000 or the SEJ20000?
They are the same 30 cup warmer. The SEJ18000 has a wood grain body for front-of-house display. The SEJ20000 is all mirror stainless for a stainless kitchen line.
Will the 50 cup warmer fit where the SEJ18000 fits?
It uses the same 15-1/2" footprint, but the 50 cup SEJ21000 is 15-1/4" tall versus 11-1/2" for the SEJ18000. Measure the space under any shelf or guard.
Can the SEJ18000 cook rice?
No. Cook the rice in a rice cooker, then move it into the SEJ18000 to hold for service.
How long will the SEJ18000 hold rice?
Up to 12 hours, at a maximum of 162°F.
Is the wood grain SEJ18000 NSF listed?
