Dynamic MX070.1 MiniPro Immersion Blender, 6.5" Shaft, 200W, Orange
Dynamic MX070.1 MiniPro Immersion Blender, 6.5" Shaft, 200W, Orange
The Dynamic MX070.1 MiniPro is the orange and white version of Dynamic's smallest commercial immersion blender, and the reference model the other MiniPro colors are numbered from. It is built for the stove: drop the 6.5" stainless shaft into a stockpot, dial the speed anywhere from 0 to 13,000 RPM, and puree soup or smooth a gravy without ladling it into a countertop blender.

Blending Soup in the Pot
Moving hot soup from a pot to a blender jar and back is slow and risky. With the MX070.1 you blend where the soup already is. A full 1 gallon batch is sixteen 8 oz cups, which covers a lunch soup or a small dinner service.
- Bisque and cream soups: the emulsifying blade, which Dynamic lists for bisque
- Chunky soups you want partly smooth: the standard blade at a low speed, in short bursts
- Gravies and pan sauces: the standard blade to break up lumps right in the pan
Keep the bell fully under the surface before you speed up. That keeps hot liquid in the pot and off the cook.
Cleaning Between Batches
The shaft twists off the motor, so you can rinse it at the sink or run it through warewashing while the motor body stays dry. Wipe the motor housing by hand. Never put the motor in water.
4 Blades in the Box
| Blade (Dynamic part) | Dynamic lists it for |

Before You Order
- The MX070.1 plugs into any standard 115V outlet.
- Plan on batches of 1 gallon or less. Larger stockpots need a bigger Dynamic immersion blender.
- All seven MiniPro colors share the same motor, shaft and blades, so the orange model is a good pick if you want one blender that stands out on the rail.
