A fryer that won't hold temperature takes fries, wings and everything else off the menu until it's fixed. This commercial fryer extended warranty covers gas and electric floor fryers and countertop fryers from any brand, with on-site repair and a $0 deductible, whether your factory warranty is still active or has already ended.

How to Choose Your Plan

  1. Factory Warranty: pick the factory warranty your unit came with if it is still active, or Factory Warranty Expired if it has run out.
  2. Equipment Price: pick the range that matches what you paid for the unit.
  3. Coverage: pick how many years of coverage you want.

If your factory warranty is still active, the coverage you choose is the total term counted from your original purchase, so a 3-year plan on a unit with a 1-year factory warranty adds 2 more years after the factory coverage ends. If your factory warranty has expired, the coverage term runs from the date you buy the plan.

After You Order

Within one business day we'll email you to collect your equipment's model number, serial number, original purchase date and proof of purchase, then register your plan with CPS and send your plan documents. This is a service plan, so nothing ships and no shipping is charged. Plans for equipment that is already out of factory warranty may include a waiting period before coverage starts; your plan documents list the exact terms.

Extend Your Fryer's Factory Warranty

Most commercial fryers carry a short factory warranty. For example, Atosa fryers ship with a 1-year parts and labor warranty plus 5 years on the oil tank, so the controls, valves and burners are on their own after year one. These plans extend parts and labor coverage on the whole fryer.

Fryer price 2 years total 3 years total 5 years total
Under $300 $19.99 $37.99 $89.99
$300 to $600 $32.99 $59.99 $149.99
$600 to $1,000 $35.99 $71.99 $159.99
$1,000 to $1,500 $51.99 $89.99 $191.99
$1,500 to $3,000 $55.99 $107.99 $239.99
$3,000 to $30,000 $143.99 $237.99 $523.99

Plans are also available for units with a 2-year or 3-year factory warranty, and 4-year terms are available too; select your options above to see the price.

What Fails on a Commercial Fryer

Fryers run hot all day, every day, and the parts that control that heat wear out: thermostats and temperature probes, gas control valves, high-limit safety switches, pilot assemblies and thermopiles, and igniters. A failed high-limit or gas valve shuts the fryer down completely. A fixed-price plan covers those repairs after the factory warranty ends.

Fryers Covered

Gas and electric floor fryers, tube-type and open-pot fryers, split-pot fryers and countertop fryers. Other cooking equipment plans: range extended warranty, griddle and charbroiler extended warranty, oven extended warranty. For cold equipment, see the refrigerator, freezer and ice machine extended warranties.

Plans are administered by CPS (Consumer Priority Service), a commercial service-contract provider, and sold by The Restaurant Warehouse. Coverage is on-site commercial service with a $0 deductible. The full terms, conditions and exclusions are included in the plan documents you receive after registration.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is an extended warranty for a commercial fryer?

It depends on what you paid for the fryer and how long you want coverage. For a fryer with a 1-year factory warranty, extending to 3 years total runs $37.99 to $237.99, and to 5 years runs $89.99 to $523.99. Plans for fryers out of warranty run from $32.99 to $523.99.

Which fryer brands does this cover?

Commercial fryers from any brand, including Atosa, Pitco, Frymaster, Vulcan, Imperial and Southbend. Choose the factory warranty your fryer came with; for example, if your Atosa fryer is still within its 1-year parts and labor warranty, choose 1-Year Factory Warranty (active). These plans are provided by CPS and are separate from your manufacturer's factory warranty.

Can I cover a fryer that is already out of warranty?

Yes. Choose Factory Warranty Expired for 1 to 4 years of coverage. These plans may include a waiting period before coverage starts.

Does the plan cover the oil tank?

Many fryers, including Atosa, already carry a separate 5-year factory warranty on the oil tank. These plans cover the fryer's mechanical and electrical components, such as thermostats, gas valves and high-limit switches. See your plan documents for the full terms.

Is there a deductible?

No. Plans have a $0 deductible and include on-site commercial service.
