Commercial Ice Machine Extended Warranty
An ice machine that stops making ice shuts down your drinks, your bar and your seafood display at once. This commercial ice machine extended warranty covers modular, undercounter and self-contained ice makers from any brand, with on-site repair and a $0 deductible, whether your factory warranty is still active or has already ended.
How to Choose Your Plan
- Factory Warranty: pick the factory warranty your unit came with if it is still active, or Factory Warranty Expired if it has run out.
- Coverage: pick how many years of coverage you want.
If your factory warranty is still active, the coverage you choose is the total term counted from your original purchase, so a 5-year plan on a unit with a 3-year factory warranty adds 2 more years after the factory coverage ends. If your factory warranty has expired, the coverage term runs from the date you buy the plan.
After You Order
Within one business day we'll email you to collect your equipment's model number, serial number, original purchase date and proof of purchase, then register your plan with CPS and send your plan documents. This is a service plan, so nothing ships and no shipping is charged. Plans for equipment that is already out of factory warranty may include a waiting period before coverage starts; your plan documents list the exact terms.
Pricing
Ice machine plans cost the same for any unit up to $30,000, so there's no equipment price to choose.

Why Ice Machines Benefit Most From Coverage
Ice machines combine refrigeration with water handling, so they have more components that wear: water pumps, water inlet valves, float and level sensors, harvest assist parts, evaporator plates and control boards. Hard water speeds up wear. The longer you plan to run a machine, the more a fixed-price plan is worth.
For refrigerators and freezers, see our commercial refrigerator and commercial freezer extended warranties.
Plans are administered by CPS (Consumer Priority Service), a commercial service-contract provider, and sold by The Restaurant Warehouse. Coverage is on-site commercial service with a $0 deductible. The full terms, conditions and exclusions are included in the plan documents you receive after registration.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much is an extended warranty for a commercial ice machine?
Ice machine plans are priced the same for any unit up to $30,000. Extending a machine with a 3-year factory warranty costs $325.99 for 4 years total or $451.99 for 5 years total. Plans for ice machines out of warranty run from $325.99 for 1 year to $1,299.99 for 4 years.
Can I get coverage on an ice machine that is out of warranty?
Yes. Choose Factory Warranty Expired for 1 to 4 years of coverage. These plans may include a waiting period before coverage starts.
Which ice machine brands does this cover?
Commercial ice machines from any brand, including Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Scotsman, Ice-O-Matic and Atosa. Choose the factory warranty your machine came with, or Factory Warranty Expired if it has ended. These plans are provided by CPS and are separate from your manufacturer's factory warranty.
Why do ice machine warranties cost more than refrigerator warranties?
Ice machines have more moving parts and wear items, including water pumps, inlet valves, harvest assist components and control boards, and they need service more often, so plans are priced higher.
Is there a deductible?
No. Plans have a $0 deductible and include on-site commercial service.
Does the warranty cover cleaning or scale buildup?
Routine cleaning, sanitizing and descaling are normal maintenance, not repairs. Keep your machine on a regular cleaning schedule and keep records, since neglected maintenance is a common exclusion. See your plan documents for the full terms.
