Two bowls let you offer two flavors, or keep the same drink in both for twice the capacity. Each bowl holds 3 gallons, or 384 oz, for 768 oz total. That is about 96 cups of 8 oz or 64 cups of 12 oz with every bowl full. It weighs 59 lb.
