A 3/4" x 48" Fryer Hose Kit

Installation Notes From BK

• Installation and testing must be done by qualified personnel, following the National Fuel Gas Code (ANSI Z223.1 / NFPA 54) or CSA B149.1 and local codes.
• The shut-off ball valve goes at the connection from the gas line to the hose, within 6" of the appliance.
• The restraining cable must always be connected while the appliance is in use. BK says leaving it off voids the warranty.
• Follow the gas flow arrows on the quick connect.
• Do not use the quick connect where gas feeds a line of appliances from two places (a dual fed manifold). Use only the shut-off ball valve there.
• No sharp bends, twists or double bends, and the hose must not touch the floor.
• Check the finished assembly for leaks. Never use an open flame to test.
• BK says to use a new hose and hardware for each application, and not to move an installed hose to another location.
