Advanced Combi Cooking Technology

The oven includes eight fan speeds with balanced reverse rotation to maintain even airflow throughout the cooking chamber. A sub-divided heating system improves heat recovery during cooking, helping maintain stable temperatures even when the door is opened frequently during service.

Connectivity and Remote Monitoring

Automated Cleaning System

Product Description
The Atosa AEC-1021E electric combi oven is a boiler-free unit capable of holding ten full-size sheet pans or twenty steam table pans. The oven includes ten stainless steel racks and supports multiple cooking modes including steam, convection, and combination cooking.
The unit features WiFi connectivity, USB storage, automated wash programs, a removable core probe, and advanced humidity control. It operates on 208–240V, 60 Hz, three-phase power and draws 80 amps. The oven is ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR certified.
