Product Description
The Atosa AEC-0621E electric combi oven is a boiler-free unit designed to hold (6) 18" x 26" full sheet pans or (12) 12" x 20" steam table pans. The oven includes stainless steel racks, a removable core temperature probe, and a high-pressure coil wash hose for quick cleaning.
The unit features a 10" smart touchscreen, Combi Smart cooking system, automated wash programs with twin chemical fill tanks, USB storage, and WiFi connectivity. It operates on 208–240V, 60 Hz, three-phase power and draws 54 amps. The oven is ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR certified.
