Stainless steel frame and panels for durability The sturdy stainless steel construction of this electric griddle makes it long-lasting and very durable. The easy-to-use dial thermostat allows you to precisely control the temperature. A splash guard on the front and rear of the unit prevents splatter from hitting nearby walls. The adjustable feet allow you to level the unit to suit any countertop. This unit is cULus and NSF certified. It meets standards for commercial use.
