The fryer oil / shortening disposal unit provides a simple, safe, and sanitary method for disposing of waste oil from your commercial fryers.

These fryer oil units are designed to collect used cooking oil from your restaurant deep fryer and transfer the oil to a storage tank for future use. This eliminates the hazards of open buckets of hot oil and the hassle of cleaning the fryer itself. Most units have an automatic shutoff to prevent overflow if the load gets too full. Some have a drain to empty the unit completely if desired. The used oil can then be recycled as biodiesel or other fuel sources.
